People can’t for the World Test Championship WTC 2023-25 final. Cricket fans are super excited about this big event happening at Lord’s starting June 11, 2025. This famous place is known for its great history in cricket. It will be the last match to find out’s the best Test team in the world after two whole years of matches.
Current Standings: India and Australia Lead the Pack
Right now, India and Australia are on top of the points table, fighting hard to reach the WTC final. India leads with 68.52 percentage points. Australia, who are the current champions, follow close behind at 62.50 percentage points. But even though they’re doing well now, we won’t know the final teams until later in 2024 since many games are left to play.
India has ten important Tests left this time around. They’ll play Bangladesh and New Zealand at home, then face a tough five-Test series in Australia. On the other hand, Australia needs to handle a two-Test series in Sri Lanka so they can keep their lead & defend their title.

Lord’s: A Historic Venue for the WTC Final
This year marks the first time Lord’s will host a WTC final! It has an amazing history of 140 years in Test cricket. Lord’s will also have an England vs India Test from July 10 to 14, 2025 as part of a five-Test series before the WTC final—so cricket lovers will have an exciting summer!
